Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and transparency. Booked a flight with them which was cancelled due to Covid. Decided to rebook it, and not only they didn't offer my original destination anymore (understandable in the current situation), but they asked me to pay for an extra fare to go to a different place (which amounted to basically double the original price). They didn't even cover the cost (or provided assitance) that I had to do myself to then book the final part of my flight to reach my original destination. So I ended up payng double the price of my original reservation, to take a flight to a different country from where I wanted to go, and having to arrange and pay for the final connecting flight myself.
