NOT STABLE ON MAC
I have been using idrive on MAC for 3 years now. However, since last year I am finding that folders suddenly appear empty. It can usually be fixed by customer support, but no logic is provide for this. I can't be sure that a file I need will be there with Idrive. Very disappointing. Update: they finally told me that the problem was due to the use of special characters in some of my folders. Supposedly a solution is coming, but no date was given. I have removed special characters like “ñ” from my folders. Let’s see what happens. On another point IDrive does not automatically backup your cloud drive folder. You need to ask support how to do it. Which is not very user friendly🤦
