Exceptional Customer Service and Patience
I have worked with Heather on two enamel pin projects now and I am floored at how patient she has been with me each time. I work for a creative agency and I often have to place orders on branded items (like pins and keychains) on behalf of clients who have constantly changing budgets and demanding schedules or creative wishes. I had to make a ton of changes on quantities and various specs in order to meet my clients' budgets and Heather never showed any signs of distress or impatience, even when the back and forth communication became excessive. I am extremely appreciative of a vendor and a representative when they can work closely with me on a complicated ordering process and can deliver a high-quality product on time.
