Package never received
I’ve been waiting 3 months a delivery and after 3 months Leaf tells me that I have received my delivery which is totally incorrect and unacceptable ! I sent many many many emails and no one answered, until very recently ! They told me that they sent me another product and it still didn’t arrive. I confirmed in all my emails my correct address, code, interphone and floor. The day the 2nd delivery should arrive in September I was at home and didn’t move all day as I was sick ! No one rang at the interphone and I didn’t find anything in my mailbox either. They told me that yes I did which once again is incorrect !!! Very bad commercial service that doesn’t pay attention to its customers which is a pity because I really like their products!…
