I am not the best when it comes to IT…
I am not the best when it comes to IT problems, but Karen took me through each step slowly and clearly until the problem was fixed. She was patient, explained what we were trying to do and her English was excellent and easy to understand. Without her knowledge I would still be struggling with the IT problem. I hope you have a lot more Karen's working within your firm.
