Outstanding customer service!
I had one bag missing from my standard two bag shipment. I emailed customer service and got a response within hours regarding resolution. I was anticipating several back and forth emails as we worked out the credit for the missing bag, but Melvin, the CS Agent was empowered to do what needed to be done to satisfy the customer!
