Useless when actually needed
Policy includes breakdown recovery and car hire. Was told 60 minutes on first call. 2hrs later and 5th call trying to find out what's happening, I got told at least 30 minutes more. Still no call from driver. And car hire only available on weekdays. Thought they were good until I actually had to use them. Update 7/52024 In the reply from KennCo on here, they said to email them to discuss further. Thing is, I already emailed them 2 days ago. Clearly they prioritise TrustPilot reviews which can be seen publicly, rather than actually replying to customers that contact directly
