Waiting and Waiting
My EWT system had a leak and flooded my kitchen on August 3rd 2022. It had been 18 months since I had had a service, although paying a very large monthly fee. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, I did not have a service engineer call for six weeks. His assessment was that I needed a new system. After lots more emails and phone calls (useless) I eventually got to talk with Abbie on October 28th. She is a gem! She could see that not only had I not had service, but that I was overpaying by about 50% each month for NO SERVICE. I was promised a visit by a service engineer “shortly”. That amounted to another wait of ten weeks. The engineer, Rob, was excellent and my new system was installed on Jan 10th. Abbie arranged that all my various overpayments covered the cost of the new installation, for which I am very grateful.
