No parcel received
I had to email to chase my order and got a fairly quick response, they informed me that my package was lost in transit and would send out another free of charge. It has been a further two days since getting this response and I still am yet to receive my package. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement as I originally placed the order on the 15/07/2025 and delivery stated 3-4 working days.
