We are very disappointed in the service…
We are very disappointed in the service received. We had mistakenly made a double booking over Xmas and we spoke to staff on numerous occasions that this wasn’t a problem and happy to refund us. During the course of our stay we spoke to staff every night if they could process the refund and was again reassured they would action this. After we checked out the hotel we receive a response saying it’s not possible to get a refund and the £300 fee will be taken with no explanation. They mis-led us right up until we checked out, reassuring us that they would help and that everything was okay. The truth is they wanted to screw us over and take our money. The worst part is they never even offered us the double booked room, because they verbally promised us a refund. This hotel doesn’t care about their customers, one piece of advice stay away!
