ME FRAGRANCE -- LOOSES WITH DOTTIE
I have bought from this company on several different occasions, so I am on their email list. I received an email that they were having a ONE DAY ONLY 20% OFF CODE and suddenly I had nothing but issues. When I tried to reach out to the company, the phone number was a no go, FACEBOOK hadn't been updated in years -- so no to MESSAGER, which left only email. I was given agent "DOTTIE." I tried my best to explain over and over and over again in email after email to "DOTTIE" that I was stuck on STEP 4 of the CREATE PHASE of the perfume to no avail because either DOTTIE" just doesn't care or "DOTTIE" is, to put it bluntly is DUMBER THAN A BOX OF ROCKS!!! Finally, after now going on what seemed like weeks, I said I no longer wanted to hear from her, the next email I received should be from the owner. I NEVER HEARD back from them again.
