Invaluable for B2B software decisions
As a procurement manager, G2 has streamlined our software evaluation process significantly. The detailed reviews from actual users provide insights you can't get from vendor demos. The grid reports are particularly helpful for executive presentations. My only complaint is that some categories have limited review coverage for niche tools.
