Excellent service
Check in and check out were both seamless. I had checked in online beforehand, so they basically just handed over the keys. Check out was the same, they have one quick look at the car, and that was that. The shuttle bus was frequent. Never waiting more than 10 minutes. The car we rented was in immaculate condition. Also, be sure to check out the travel articles on their website before travelling. Some great info there for travelling to Iceland.
