Worst Experience ever
Ordered a crate in April for it to come in May. Around the last week of April it was fulfilled (26th April). Then after no updates for 2 weeks I reached out and they said they havent dispatched it yet and will do in a couple of days. After another 5 days I contacted again and they updated me with a tracking number saying it has now been dispatched. After another 2 weeks of waiting for the tracking to update I contacted them again and the reply I got is that it still has not been dispatched. They happily took my money but refuse to sent over the product, I have wrote countless emails for some form of explenation but the customer service just ignores me or half heartadly replies saying its not even dispatched after over a month of waiting. I will never recommend them and never use them again.
