Nightmare company
Nightmare company! Just read reviews and it looks like, when they deliver on time all is well? But when a delivery has got into the 3rd month it’s a total joke company. I’m also on hold for over 10 minutes at 3pm in the afternoon and no one is answering. 4th call today as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will update if things improve. I’ve since had to pester slightly but it worked and my shed is being delivered today. They had real issues with their supplier and had to upgrade my shed. So it was a terrible start, but they have redeemed themselves slightly. Cheers to Ian who managed to resolve this issue for me. Update. They are now threatening to remove this post if the don’t give them further information? And a year later, unsurprisingly. The shed came well packed to be fair. After a fair bit of unpacking i was ready to go. Unfortunately the roof was an absolute nightmare! I had to use some extra wood to get it straight as it’s poorly made up of four separate pieces. I did everything the guide said and it’s laid on a nice new flat surface. It still took ages to get it to a level where the felt lay nicely, but I managed a decent level eventually. My advice if you thinking of a shed from this company is to get them to build it. What it costs in hard cash will be made up by you having a stress free full day.
