I wasted 2 months of my time & money…
I wasted 2 months of my time & money awaiting to purchase a Flat which was being sold by Online Estate agents with a Garage included in the sale price, before even viewing the property I asked if the Flat could be rented out, to which I was told there would be no problem as other flats in the block were already rented out to tenants. After waiting 2 months for the leasehold pack to get sorted my Solicitor informed me that the Garage was not included in the sale & if I wanted a Garage there was a waiting list to acquire one at an extra charge. I was also informed that the flat could not be rented out to my awaiting tenants, so I have lost money having searches completed & wasted 2 months of my time.
