I did feel I was pushed into a hospital stay that doesn’t look like it was necessary and the waiting times dropping off and collecting were just unacceptable Staff at Dewsbury were not familiar with insurance processes and although the trainee was very friendly other staff were dismissive. Reception Staff at Barnsley were indifferent and very long wait
