Awful

What a terrible company.Signed up to these shysters about a month ago and everything seemed fine until there was a problem with my gas smart meter not submitting readings.So I manually read the meter and submitted my gas reads via their website and everything seemed good until I received an email from saying your account has been closed.I called the customer service number to be told we can only supply your electricity but not your gas,i asked for explanation but the representative could not give me one.Now with Octopus.Stay well away and pay a few quid more.
