Ich bin Geschäftskunde und bezahle…

Ich bin Geschäftskunde und bezahle jeden Monat 40 Euro(!), und die Mailbox meines Handyanschlusses aktiviert sich einfach von selbst ohne dass ich das will. An der hotline sagt man mir, daß die Telekom nicht steuern kann, wann deren Rechner gelegentlich die Mailbox einfach aktivieren (für Millionen Kunden (!!!!)). Schwaches Bild, liebe Telekom !!
