You offered me fast shipping and I was told it would arrive within 2-5 shipping days so I payed the extra 8 dollars so that I would get it in time for my vacation and it never arrived and still hasn’t! I emailed you asking for you to refund the eight dollars for shipping and you said you can’t refund shipping and it’s not guaranteed so it shouldn’t be offered if it’s not guaranteed!! I would’ve never paid the eight dollars. You could atleast give me a credit
