Heraklion Airport AutoUnion _ Buyer beware
Heraklion Airport Auto Union Buyer Beware - Having recently used this service I would recommend being cautious. We booked through "Zest" and found that there upgraded car purchased was not supplied. It appears that Auto Union do not have the same classification of its vehicles as the referring company. I therefore we paid additional funds but received a smaller car, despite pointing this out when arriving at 12:30 pm (which they charged extra for pick up) and having too make 2 journeys at the small hours of the morning to get the party to the hotel 30 miles a way. No flexibility from the company, did not respond to calls. Staff pleasant but not really interested in resolving the issue. Frankly I would suggest another company. Stephen
