Made a reservation for a cruise with Princess with a 10/31 final payment date which was providing in writing to us. We called in and after 40 minutes on hold we were told that the reservation was cancelled on 10/25 for non-payment?? She told us we should have paid by 10/25 yet our confirmation clearly showed 10/31 as a last payment date. Terrible customer service. This was our 40th wedding anniversary and we have enjoyed numerous cruises. We will call another cruise line today and make a new reservation. Very Poor Experience.
