An issue with my payment card renewal.
I needed to renew my payment card and as someone of a certain age struggled to do it on line! I phoned Lebara and Anurag Tripathi handled my call. He could not have been more helpful! He was very patient with me and went through what I needed to do very carefully. I successfully renewed my payments and Anurag even phoned me back later on just to check that everything was OK. Now that is what I call service!
