It seems like my order was not moved to production until I attempted to find out why this was missed the given ship date was missed. It took my several attempts to get an actual update not just the automated update the system gives. Once I got this my order was suddenly fully processed and shipped within days. I have used Epic Sports in the past and have never had issues like this before.
