We took single trip insurance with this broker, to cover the holiday of a lifetime to America and a cruise, being pensioners and because of my medical history it was expensive, we took it out well in advance because we needed to show proof of insurance to the cruise company when we booked, because of this pandemic our holiday was cancelled and all we wanted was most of our money back, Just travel only offered half saying it was the insurance company withholding 50% we think this is shocking and frankly profiteering at our expense, we would NEVER recommend or deal with such heartless people again, nearly £400 for something that couldn't be covered, an admin fee is understandable but 50% is daylight robbery and we thought the broker might have had more to say to the insurer
