A True Golden Party
We had had the great pleasure of seeing Rory, David & Rebecca perform before and my wife and I simultaneously said we will book them for our Golden Wedding party. Following the extremely realistic announcement of a retiring chef, which was so realistic it perked up the interest of our guests and set the scene for a superb rendition of sons we had chosen to suit our age group, mainly septuagenarians, who Rory had promised to "get them all going" and it certainly did. They performed for about half an hour and at the end received rapturous applause from everybody. At the end of the meal, the renditions were performed midway through the meal, everybody wanted to know who they were and where they were from. The surprise and pleasure they gave us all was immense which was what we all needed during these covid times. They really made our party go with a swing and our pleasure was extended when we received thank you letters later all of which mentioned the performance and the happiness it brought. We hopefully will have them again at our Diamond Wedding!?
