Mixed experience with customer service
The bikes they carry are top quality and the initial consultation was excellent. However, when I had issues with my battery after 6 months, it took three visits to get it properly diagnosed. The staff seemed knowledgeable but communication could be better. Eventually got everything sorted out and I'm happy with my purchase.
