Slow and tedious but good customer service
Slow and tedious, felt like I was managing the employees the amount of times my letting agency and I had to chase Van Mildert up about things. A process that was meant to take 3-5 working days took 10! We're obviously happy to have moved in now and customer service was good but the delays were frustrating. However, I do understand from the other reviews on here that not everyone had this experience.
