Excellent Service
I contacted Irwin Mitchell just under 3 years ago with regards to a medical negligence claim. Right from the initial phone call to the company, everyone I spoke to were compassionate and empathetic about my case. Jennifer (Jen) Shipley was appointed as my primary Solicitor and toward the end of the claim Catherine Lee took over as my Solicitor. Jen kept me fully informed, every step of the way either by phone call, email or even a home visit (for a cup of tea). Jen made the complex simple and ensured my understanding at all times. She never made me feel like I was speaking to a Solicitor, dealing with a legal case, it was like talking to a friend. During a period of Jens absence, Catherine stepped in and it was clear from the start that she was fully up to speed with the case. Catherine brought the case to it’s final settlement of which I was fully satisfied with the outcome and the excellent service I received. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Irwin Mitchell if you’re unfortunate enough to find yourself in need of a Medical Negligence Solicitor.
