No Follow Up From Customer Service
I placed my order on the weekend of 3/30. Regular shipping was estimated at being about a week. So I paid extra for 2nd Day Express. On Monday I received an email saying it had shipped. Tuesday I looked at the tracking link and it said it was sent via GROUND. I called DC Cargo. VM system would NOT take a message. So I sent an email to info email address with a request for a credit for the 2nd DAY up charge NO Response. D Rings were delivered on April 9th. Not happy about the error but stuff happens. I am upset that NO ONE replied to my email and offered me a refund for the extra freight charge.
