My most recent experience was great - I ordered 3 items, but only 2 arrived. I emailed the team and had a very quick, helpful, accurate, honest response that my other item was in transit as well. I have purchased from them a lot and will continue to do so. I am always surprised and impressed by the quality. I have purchased tops, and jewelry and they are always better than I expect.
