Horrible horrible experience
If I could I’d score in negative stars! I purchased a significant amount of products on-line, I received an email confirmation of products purchased, less than 3 minutes later I received an email that my order was canceled, I checked my bank account and saw that Michael’s hit my bank for the purchase amount after I received the cancellation notification. I called Michael’s and was told that it would take 3-7 days for my money to be refunded.....UNACCEPTABLE! I was then told that they would send me a code authorizing my bank to refund the money. Folks we are still in a COVID world where just going the bank isn’t a happening thing. I called the bank and they needed Michael’s to be on a conference call with the bank and me. So with my bank on the line I called Michael’s again, explain it all to a dude that English wasn’t his primary language . In order to get my money back I had to spend almost an hour on the phone......ridiculous. What makes Michael’s think it’s ok to cancel an order but still take your money then hold it for 3-7 days. Poor poor poor customer service and a horrible experience
