Customer Service in the gutter
I don’t understand whats happened with Home trust!! they were always so good, professional customer service agents, I had just called yesterday and today and 4 out of 4 was terrible, they sounded extremely apathetic. One girl said her supervisor will return in 3days. 1/2 had incredibly poor comprehension, and listening skills, it was incredibly difficult to get anything across.
