I decided to use Evo after not being able to find a courier via Gophr. I was originally reassured as i needed a specific pick up time due to my colleague having to attend his Mother's funeral. I was really happy to have found a reliable courier. Then I noticed that my 12.30pm pick up had been pushed back to 2pm. I had specifically requested a pick up prior to 1.30pm to avoid stressing my colleague out. I didn't receive a call about this, I just spotted it. When I called and spoke to Jarvis he told me they had an issue with a driver and that he could refund me. This wasn't what i wanted at all and explained how I felt I had been promised a service. To be fair to Jarvis he did then sort it out but it was a very stressful period before it was confirmed.
