AVOID. They dont cancel your plan so they can intentionally charge you again.
I spoke to one of the team 'Alex' and asked him to cancel my plan after the first month. he advised me that he had set the plan to non-recurring and no further payment would be taken. I have all of this screenshotted for when they say this never happened! Complete lies. This company evidently lures people in with a low first-month payment, and no matter if you ask to cancel, they will always leave it running to charge you for the second month at triple the cost. There are so many reviews with the same story as mine. No good contact points for the team, live chat is garbage. Fraudulent behaviour, needs to be investigated.
