Auto Renew Scammers

This company is a money trap. Snagging customers with shady auto renew practices and refusing to honour their 30 day cooling off period. I’ve been in contact with PayPal and they are clearly abusing the PayPal system. Avoid!!! In response to their response: Thanks for responding, as you no doubt will to adress the Trustpilot rating system. However to this date I have not been refunded. They continue send me innocuously unhelpful emails , shifting responsibility onto my Bank or PayPal, having told PayPal they are honouring the 30 day cool off period to get the dispute claim closed. I’ve so far had about 20+ emails to and from their so called support team (1 person in an office somewhere) every time with a new excuse for not Simpli (lol) refunding me. I’ve also spent several hours and raised 2 separate disputes with PayPal. They have an answer for everything , but never the one you want to hear which is “here’s your refund” apologies for the inconvenience. They have done this countless times with many other people. Before you give them a chance to steal your money, check Google for the many other reviews folks have left about their fraudulent practices. This is straight up grifting. Don’t let this happen to you. Thanks. Make sure you immediately block them from taking further subscription money from your PayPal account as you can’t cancel from their website!!

Pretty horrendouse customer experience

Pretty horrendouse customer experience; Ordered and paid for my Cyclotricity Bike in May this year and been given the run around by sales since. Cannot give me an accurate delivery date for the bike and now being told that I can't actually speak to a sales rep! for a company which boasts great customer service, that not my experience. I am now concerned I may never get my bike and will have to fight to get my money back. Supply Chain issues aside, stonewalling customers is no way to deal with delivery issues. Avoid if you want a bike any time soon.
