Brilliant
Brilliant, so helpful and friendly but also professional, made to feel more like part of a family who really care, not just a business transaction. Always keeping me informed and upto date with the progress of the sale by telephone, I feel the more personal touch (much appreciated) Nothing was too much trouble, I really can't thank them all enough especially Mel who was with me every step of the way, thank goodness.
