I have been double charged

I have been double charged, and they have left medication that i have been charged for out of the shipping package and actually asked me to send them a photo of what i did not receive, there has been zero customer service in my attempts to resolve the matter. I had phoned in an order, got charged for it, i believe i was told it would come out in my next scheduled shipment and it was not included, i notified them in an email and i was told the shipment had arrived, it did but did not include my pills. i emailed multiple times but kept getting the same response. so now they are up 100$ on me and they have a disgruntled ex client. There was no attempt at helping me figure out what happened, zero customer service. They made zero effort to communicate. When I said I did not receive the pills. They jumped all over proof of delivery of the package, that I never denied, I was persistent and very clear I did not receive the pills, they never offered proof that the pills were in the package, they put that on me. For God's sake it was for generic Viagra, I was checking the front door 3 times a day looking for them. Yeah 3 times a day, I got the test on the 4th but no Viagra, RMM never communicated with me as to what happened or why am I claiming this, they just continually rammed it in my face that they have been sent and I negated that claim very clearly, ZERO effort on their part. And that is why I cancelled my services with them, and after doing a Google search on Royal Medical Center I have screen alot of complaints about their customer services and not being professional. If you decide to use them you have now been foretold what might happen. Proceed at your own risk. I am out
