Camper broke down with over 400.000km on the clock, horrible experience with the road service
Edit answering them: There is no turning around! The holidays are over and I already sent a mail to the feedbackteam and asked for compensation and a refund of additional money I lost because of Jucy, all they did was say you already got so much money back you don't get any more money. Guess what, it wasn't my fault that they piled up so much money to refund me, it was their own incompetence but hey what do I know. This just made it clear that I will be giving the case to my lawyer now. In short: Had a horrible experience that felt like we were getting pranked by them. Campers are mostly old, disgustingly dirty and very faulty, they always pull to the left and it's exhausting to drive. Ours made noises it shouldn't have and the tires were smoother than the skin of a baby (but only on the inside so you couldn't see it) which is super dangerous. If you are lucky and they get you to where you want to be, good. If you are not, you are absolutely fu***d. The road assistance is basically nonexistent. You hear some funny music for 10 minutes and then you always talk to a different person. They have in common that none of them cares, they do nothing or the bare minimum and they never call you back. No-one feels responsible for you even though it actually is their job. After 3 pm, everyone wants to go home and you get left wherever you are by then. They also lie to you. Eventually you get your booking cancelled midst journey because they don't want to deal with you anymore. I have to say that after they (possibly illegally) cancelled our booking midst journey, the refund process worked well afterwards. The money you save by booking with them is not worth it compared to the nerves, time and happiness you lose if something goes wrong with your camper.
