Poorly managed, non customer centric business.
Customer service is arrogant and unprofessional. Shipping policies are absolutely mental, I don't think they want business? Products are equally poor. Received a rusted and bent bar that looks as though I could have bought off of Ali-x for a 5th of the cost. All kinds of stupid rules regarding shipping. They are not customer centric. No reason to do business with them at all, deleted my account. So many other companies deserve my patronage more than this one. Hope this saves someone some trouble.
