In got Ewt dual system installed at our home in Drogheda. Engineer didn’t fix the pips properly which caused leakage and water underneath my whole flooring which is going to cost me around 1000 euros for no reason. Engineer accepted the mistake but their customer care is so bad that no one is actually responding since 3 days. Attached pics and videos
