This is a follow up to my review on the 26th March. I have emailed 3 times now and left messages via chat when there are never any agents available just to get a sodding £3.96 refund! Francesca, no one got back to me by the way about the late delivery of the dust bags. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

What a waste of time!

What a waste of time! More often than not I do not qualify or the survey breaks half way so I've made 78p over 2 days. These companies should be banned for wasting people's time and collecting personal data anyway.
