I will not be using Cenaturo again. The process for picking up the car is very speedy but it is because they do not go through the contract clearly with the customer. I had pre-booked the car through an agent and my booking voucher showed I had selected one day's car hire, at a cost of £10.84. After taking some details the agent asked me to sign on a tablet and then, to my surprise he gave me the keys and instead of giving me the contract to read, he said the contract would be emailed to me. They made some pre-charges on my card (as is usual) and I had to them wait for the subsequent refunds to come through before I discovered they had actually charged me £42.82 because they had added premium insurance that I had not chosen, was not asked about and did not need (as I already had an annual insurance waiver policy). I feel they are absolute crooks. Sending the contract by email only after they ask you to sign is obviously done in order to make it easier to cheat people in this way. If they wanted to save paper all they had to do was present the contract electronically for the client to read prior to signing
