Great experience and information from the start. Karl was our sales rep and he was fantastic the whole way through. He was informative about the solar system with batteries and even followed up a few weeks after the installation to see if everything was working correctly and went well. Roofers were extremely professional and lovely to deal with. Shane the electrician was excellent even on the follow up calls and questions we had. Fantastic service I'd recommend to anyone. Everyone we have dealt with in the call centre have been brilliant. Very patient and understanding and feels very much like a family. We are using the solar and battery system in tandem with a heat pump and so far the results are great.
