Staff very helpful & friendly. Do approach you to see if you need anything or help at all. Stoe was well stocked. Did check website myself for an item, as store did not have size needed & was successful so would recommend having the jd app. Also jd status app. It's great. As you shop you earn rewards to spend and get special offer perks. Due to sale on it was busy so had to wait for assistance a couple of times but staff did say someone will be with you ASAP. Had no problem with that at all and they were pleasant throughout our time.
