Only gave one star as there is no option for less. I had been a happy Lubemobile customer for 2 years with 3 cars until recently. They don't seem to be able to retain staff and the new "mechanics" seem to be young and not trained properly. The service didn't include the air filter apparently and 2 days later I discovered this when I finally got the invoice. It also stated the car wasn't road tested as it wasn't roadworthy, yet this was not mentioned to me when I paid over the phone (neither was the air filter). I had this vehicle serviced thinking it was ready for a road trip from Brisbane to Sydney but obviously it isn't. I filled out an online request for the general manager to call me 2 working days ago but nothing. Lubemobile obviously has no regard for it's customers if they can't tell me it is unsafe to drive. Now using Autoking who so far have been very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would rather service a vehicle myself than ever use Lubemobile again. UPDATE Lubemobile did address my issues so I have changed the review to 2 stars
