Will never book again!
Will never book again! I ordered pods for my cross state move, thinking it would be cheaper than movers and will give me more flexibility since I have 16 months old twins at home, and having the pods allow me to pack things in my own pace and send them with ease, so the pod can be there when I come with my kids. I didn't know what type of a nightmare Im getting myself into. I spent over 6 hours with customer support because one pod was taken to their facility but wasn't shipped to my address while the other one, still in my house is marked as already taken. The pods are not going to arrive in time so basically I end up entering a completly empty house with two babies even though I specifically chose pods so I can have my stuff on time! They tell you it takes 4-8 days for the pods to arrive to the new location but what they don't tell you is that this is not including shipping it to their facilities, then transfering it to another facility, and only between those deliverables - they will ship you your pod to your new address only on specific days because that's how their warehouse is working. This is insanity. I will never use this service again. Avoid it if you need your things in a specific time.
