We purchased a replacement air conditioner
We purchased a replacement air conditioner and furnace from them about two months ago, and due to poor installers, they are still working to get the system working correctly. Recently, they came out to replace dampers that should have been replaced during the initial installation. After three separate trips to my house, it is still not done. One of the techs replaced the wrong damper, stepped through my ceiling, lied about testing the system, and didn't clean up the sheetrock mess he made. They don't call you back, so you have to constantly hound them to get things done. You cannot escalate to a manager because they are all in the field and don't call you back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are so many other good choices. Save yourself some grief and don't use Parker and Sons.
