Mickey Mouse operation
Received an offer to get the Ultra HD car wash with £2 off. Took the offer and was sent a voucher for the rain guard option. Went to the Chorley IMO and the Cowboy owner said I needed to pay £4 extra and he would process the rainguard option as ultra HD (despite the difference being £1.50). Thankfully I've avoided having swirls all over my car today. I see they don't even bother replying to complaints.
