Slower than promised growth, hard to cancel
Growth did not happen as quickly as promised — a net-new 600-700 followers over about 4 months. Not the 800-1,000/month as promised. Overall, it became too expensive. And good luck canceling. You have to submit a chat, which really is just a form that they’ll email you back in a few hours. If you happen to notice that email in your spam, you’ll see all they do is offer you an extension at 50% off. So the back and forth takes days to complete. Sadly, cancelation experiences like this is precisely why government is getting involved to force firms to make it as easy to cancel as it is to sign up.
